VeilMesh for Android, direct download

For phones that cannot install apps from Google Play. If you can use Google Play, install VeilMesh from there instead.

This is a separate app from the Google Play version. It can be installed next to it, and each keeps its own chats. Moving your account from one to the other works like moving it to a new phone (Transfer to New Device).

Version 2.0, released 1 Nov 2026. Android 8.0 or later. 81 MB.

Updates

The app checks this page for new versions and offers them. It installs only a version signed with our release key whose file matches the published hash.

Phones without Google services

Messages arrive while the app is running. Notifications and calls that wake a closed app need Google Play services on the phone.
